Waikato - Bay of Plenty Branch of IPENZ

Welcome to the Waikato - Bay of Plenty Branch.  . The Branch covers a wide geographicall area and extends from Hamilton in the west with 600 Members to Rotorua in the east with 120 Members and extends as far south as Taupo.

The Branch has a close relationship with the University of Waikato and fosters relationships with student engineers.  It also aims to fully support the wider engineering community by enhancing public awareness of engineering issues and fostering links between engineering and other professional groups in the region.

Branch activities include presentations and site visits; both provide opportunities for Members to meet socially and network.  Branch Newsletters and Reminders and the IPENZ Calendar keep Members informed of these events.

Members are encouraged to send in copy for the Branch newsletter . The deadline for the Bulletin is the 20th of the month for the following month.

Branch Members are very welcome to attend. Visitors are also welcome but should kindly contact a Committee member first.
