Registration: $495 incl GST ($440 + GST)
Registration includes printed papers, lunch, morning and afternoon teas, and social drinks. Pre-printed papers will be sent to registrants in a loose-leaf binder prior to the symposium. At the symposium authors will bring out the highlights of their papers, with further time allocated for questions and discussion. After the symposium a record of the discussion sessions will be printed and sent to all registrants.
The registration form is a pdf file that may be filled in on your computer screen using Adobe Acrobat Reader (v7 or above) - this may be a new process to some. At the end of on screen filling in the completed form is sent to the symposium organisers by using the 'submit by Email' button which sends a datafile (xml format) as part of an email from your account (to which you can add comments if necessary).
Please note that when you exit Adobe Reader your filling in is not preserved (unless you have Acrobat Writer) and so using the ‘Print Form’ button to print a hard copy for your records is advisable.
Direct credit is the preferred method of payment, but if using a credit card you may wish to send separate payment details by fax.
If you do not have V7 or above (you may be prompted for an upgrade if not) the form may still printed for filling in by hand.
For every six delegates from an individual company there will be one complimentary registration. If you are the ‘sixth person’ please note this as the payment method on the registration form.
