Referee Declaration and Evaluation Forms

IPENZ Members should now initiate referee declarations via the on-line referee request system, which can be accessed in the Assessment Section of the Members area of the IPENZ website.

This on-line system simplifies the process for the referee by dispensing with the need to email, post or fax their declaration to IPENZ National Office, and helps you as the applicant as you will receive an automatically generated email when each referee submits their Referee Declaration and Evaluation Form.  It also speeds up the processing of your application because our administrators do not have to redirect an emailed, faxed or mailed Form and your assessors are able to view the Form as soon as your referee submits it.

To initiate the process, you simply enter the required information in the Set-up page and your referee receives an email with a link to an online form to complete and submit.  Make sure you check that he/she is prepared to act as a referee for you first though!

Only Non Members should request referees to complete the hard copy form, which can be accessed here.
