IntPE Registrants in Abeyance

There are two ways of a registrant can be placed in abeyance:

  1. The registrant requests it; and
  2. The registrant has annual registration fees overdue by more than 90 days.

Being in abeyance means that the registrant cannot call themselves an ETPract, but they have not been removed from the register.

A registrant’s abeyance will terminate and registration will be immediately revived if (i) the period of voluntary abeyance ends, or (ii) the registrant pays all outstanding annual fees.  If the registrant is in abeyance for overdue fees and after 12-months in abeyance the registrant still has overdue fees, his/her name will be removed from the ETPract register.

No annual registration certificates are issued while a registrant is in abeyance.

Currently there are 29 IntPE Registrants in Abeyance
