This annual survey provides these answers in a way that is specific to engineering and technology, with as much detail as needed to assess salaries for kind of work, experience, specialisation, sector of the economy, region, and other relevant parameters.

The survey is designed using a form of job evaluation that measures the size of jobs especially in engineering. The 'job points' are determined by specific questions in the Remuneration Survey questionnaire.

The remuneration survey results are free to IPENZ members (in the members area of the IPENZ website) and is available for purchase on CD by any interested parties. Purchase the latest survey on our secure website.
