David Moloney


David Moloney, BTRP (Melbourne Univ.) is a private heritage consultant and co-ordinator of the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) Industrial Heritage Committee.  He has instigated a number of typological heritage studies which have lead to publications including the recent Wooden Wonders: Victoria’s Timber Bridges.  He has been principal consultant for several municipal heritage studies, and undertaken studies of mining districts, dry stone walls, and specific sites including a conservation management plan for the St Kilda Pier Kiosk.  His research interests include nineteenth century rural cultural landscapes, co-operatives, and monasteries.
