Paul Davies

Paul Davies is director of a heritage consultancy operating in NSW and Tasmania.  He has a wide range of experience on heritage sites varying from restoring cathedrals in Sydney and Hobart to undertaking major studies of NSW railways, the Tasmanian Hop Industry, the Tasmanian Hydro system, the fortifications of Sydney, Lighthouses, gaols and whaling stations, adapting the Quarantine Station at North Head in Sydney as well as undertaking numerous local government and government agency heritage studies.  He has had a long-term interest in industrial heritage and in particular its management and adaptive re-use. He has degrees in architecture and heritage conservation and currently represents the Anglican Church in NSW on the state heritage council on church matters.
