Recognised Engineer

Overview

The Building Act 2004 requires certain work relating to dams to be signed by a ‘Recognised Engineer’, and defines a Recognised Engineer as someone holding CPEng and having other yet to be prescribed qualifications.

This register cannot be set up until after regulations are made under the Building Act in relation to dams safety.
