IPENZ Staff
IPENZ’s role is split into six main functions, each headed by a director. These are explained in more detail below - click the group heading for a staff list. 
Chief Executives Office
Responsible for identifying, defining and progressing the goals and objectives
of IPENZ as set by the Board.

Engineering
Practice, Publications and Promotion
The Engineering team, raises the profile of the engineering profession to
the public and decision-makers through a combination of communication tools.
Deputy Chief Executive - Nicki Crauford

Policy
The Policy Team is charged with the development and promulgation of a public policy programme that provides peer-reviewed independent advice and commentary on key national and local issues from a technically informed viewpoint.

Schools
Futureintech is a government-funded IPENZ initiative to promote careers in technology, engineering and science. Futureintech promotes a range of curriculum-based school activities, such as the Neighbourhood Engineers Award.

Techlink is a partnership between the Ministry of Education and IPENZ to provide resource material to support the planning and implementation of programmes in technology education..

Learning
and Assessment
The Learning and Assessment team is responsible for the IPENZ programmes
of engineering education recognition and professional competence assessment.
The team also provides a range of professional development and career
support services to Members.
Director - Brett Williams

Operations
The Operations team, administers IPENZ Membership, human resources,
compliance activities, office infrastructure, information technology,
finances and service contracts.
